On Friday September 10th Heil will be taking down its current version of JD Edwards at noon This system outage will require the Ecommerce site Warranty registration and reporting capabilities to be down as well The new version of JD Edwards and supporting systems are expected to be up and running on Tuesday September 14th
Please keep in mind that our ability to provide order information will be limited during this down time We will be taking parts orders over the phone and fulfilling them manually however shipments out of Parts Central will be limited during this system outage every effort will be made to address and fulfill emergency truck down situations
To minimize disruptions please plan your shipping schedules accordingly We ask that all dealer stock orders be placed before Friday September 10th or after Tuesday September 14th Heil and Parts Central appreciates your patience and understanding with our continued effort in creating the Environmental Solutions Group
